The Polis Center is partnering with the Indianapolis City-County Council to build its capacity to use community-level data in its work. Polis will provide training and technical assistance to council staff. Polis also is supporting the council’s efforts to continuously measure equity, both in terms of the city’s internal performance measures and community outcomes. We will collaborate with the partners to define success and associated measures of equity. This output will inform an Equity Report Card to be developed through the partnership.
